HUNGERCUT HALL
Access Statement
Introduction
Hungercut Hall provides guest accommodation. The hall is a detached building surrounded by it's own grounds. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 upstairs reached by a staircase from a hallway with an entrance off a small parking area, and 2 downstairs reached by a corridor from an entrance off another parking area. There is a small sitting room downstairs off the corridor. The breakfast room is reached via the sitting room from the downstairs rooms, or via the hallway from the upstairs room.
Arrival & Car Parking Facilities
There is ample free parking for our guests within our grounds. Parking areas are gravel and entrances to the hall are beside parking areas. Full access should easily be achievable all around vehicles once sensibly parked. Parking areas are not covered, are well lit at night and level. On initial arrival guests need to ring a bell situated at one of the entrances. Staff will be happy to provide assistance if required.
Main Entrance, Reception & Ticketing Area

The entrance primarily used to gain access to the downstairs bedrooms (Bedrooms 2 and 3) is via a porch. Access to the corridor can be achieved from the other entrance via the hallway, breakfast room and sitting room. All floors are on the same level via this route.
The entrance primarily used to gain access to the upstairs bedroom (Bedroom 1) has almost no step - just a normal threshold and rain bar. Access is then gained to the hallway. The upstairs room is reached via a staircase off this hallway.
